The 52 in 52 project is a challenge to complete a set list of 52 things throughout the 52 weeks of the year. It’s not mandatory to complete them all, however I still hope to cross each and every single one off the list. I can imagine the sense of achievement would be incredible.
My list for 2012:
- Blog each 52 challenge and donate $5 for each thing not completed (if all completed this task is completed)
- 365 challenge – a photo a day for the year
- Raise money for charity
- 30 Day song challenge
- Tour a sewage treatment plant (or take a photo of myself outside of one)
- Fruit picking (some must be eaten)
- Fly a kite
- Go to a winery
- Go without a phone for a weekend (starting Friday night, ending midnight Sunday evening)
- Learn the Big Bang Theory song
- Read 5 books from the New York Times Bestsellers List
- Try a new sport
- See live music
- Ride on a motorcycle
- Do something I’m scared of
- 30 day blog challenge
- Work out every day for 2 weeks straight
- Take a holiday
- Go kayaking
- Attend a sporting match of a sport I’ve never seen live before
- Watch a soccer game from the supporters bay
- Take a trip on a train
- Go for a night out and dance
- Enter an event I haven’t been in before
- Create a vision board
- Learn the alphabet
- Play a round of golf (putt putt counts, but will still aim for a proper course)
- Learn the Llama Llama song
- Stick to a budget for a month
- Give blood
- Watch 10 movies from top 150 on http://www.imdb.com/chart/top
- Have a candlelight dinner
- Not get more than 2 weeks behind in the Photo a Day challenge
- Grow some herbs and use them for cooking
- Cook 6 dishes I’ve not cooked before
- Read The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series
- Go Indoor Rock climbing
- Write a letter to your future self
- Learn the alphabet in alpha bravo language
- Climb a mountain
- Pay for a professional massage
- Lay outside and watch the sun come up
- Go for a day trip on the bike
- Prepare a 3 course meal for guests
- Go to a strip club
- Ride a jet ski
- Have a themed party
- Go camping
- Frame a photo of my family and display it
- Get a manicure & pedicure
- Learn how to gut & cook fish
- Get a skin cancer check
So that’s it! Plenty of fun ones, plenty of ones that are aimed at my own personal development, some thrown in for my health. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
