This morning a friend & I got up early and went for a run down at the beach. We started at Maroochydore, and worked our way to Mooloolaba and back. It was absolutely freezing when we started, but thankfully we warmed up quick enough, and by the end were a little bit sweaty.

The best part of running down the beach at winter is the gorgeous sunrises we get to see. It makes the cold and the early morning wakeup all worth it. What better way to start the day?
