This is absolutely my most favourite song right now. You should know Sia from the song “Breathe Me” which was most famously used as the song in the last episode of Six Feet Under. I’ve always thought she was a “take me serious I’m a female feminist” type singer, but turns out she is just quirky and funny. I guess you know you’ve made it when you have Beck singing background vocals on your album, but he isn’t here for the version in this video.
She seems almost like she should be hosting play school or something since she has that kind of vibe, not helped by the songs obvious math leanings. I adore it even though it is a childish song about adult issues and could seem a little twee.
